Frequently Asked Questions
Do participants receive certification?
No. We do not issue PMP, PRINCE2, or other formal project management certifications. Participants receive a certificate of completion documenting the workshop content and duration.
Can we mix participants from different departments?
Yes. Mixed groups often produce valuable learning as participants share different perspectives. However, exercises work better when participants have some shared organizational context.
What if our team already uses project management software?
The methods we teach work with or without software. Visual boards can be physical or digital. Teams using software often find our methods help them use their tools more effectively.
Is this training suitable for technical teams?
Our workshops are designed for non-technical teams. Technical teams managing software development projects may benefit more from Agile or Scrum training specific to software contexts.
Can we schedule a workshop outside Buenos Aires?
Yes. We conduct workshops throughout Argentina. Travel and accommodation costs are additional for locations outside Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
What is the typical lead time to schedule a workshop?
Foundation and Advanced workshops typically require 4-6 weeks advance notice. Custom programs require 8-12 weeks for needs assessment and curriculum design.
