Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Guido Mado website (guidomado.com) and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Description of Services
Guido Mado provides project management training workshops and related educational services for non-technical teams in Argentina. Our services include:
- In-person and on-site workshop training
- Project management educational materials and resources
- Custom training program development
- Consultation on project management practices
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Workshop Registration and Payment
Registration
Workshop registration is completed through our contact form or direct communication with our team. Registration is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel confirmed registrations at our discretion, including if:
- Workshop capacity has been reached
- Payment is not received by the specified deadline
- We determine participation would be inappropriate
Payment Terms
Payment for workshops is due according to the terms specified in your registration confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the registration process.
All prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed registrations will honor the price quoted at time of registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
Substitutions of registered participants are permitted at no additional charge with advance notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and provided during workshops, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, and software, is owned by Guido Mado or our licensors and is protected by Argentine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our express written permission.
Workshop Materials
Materials provided during workshops are for the personal use of registered participants. You may not:
- Reproduce materials for distribution to others
- Use materials to conduct your own training programs
- Modify materials and represent them as your own work
- Share materials publicly or make them available online
Materials may be used within your organization for internal purposes related to implementing workshop learnings.
User Conduct
When using our website or participating in our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access or enjoyment of services
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Workshop Participant Conduct
Workshop participants are expected to:
- Arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions
- Participate respectfully and constructively
- Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other participants
- Follow instructions from workshop facilitators
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate conduct expectations without refund.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of content
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
Educational Purpose

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from applying workshop content. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
